Qualify the job before dispatch
For mobile service work, a useful request includes the service address area and enough detail to identify the job. Separate an urgent request from a confirmed appointment. Explain any diagnostic visit or estimate process using the policies your team actually follows.
Make the mobile contact path reliable
Customers should be able to read your services, call during published hours, or send a short inquiry from a phone. DDHQ tests those paths and the team notification. If a request arrives after hours, its acknowledgment should accurately describe the next response window.
What it looks like in practice.
A customer reports a refrigerator issue from a phone. The form asks for the appliance type and ZIP code. A service coordinator checks the request, confirms whether the team handles that equipment, and offers a time only after checking the schedule.
What to measure.
Track requests within coverage, calls that reach the team, appointment confirmations, and jobs declined because of equipment or location.
This page describes service coverage. DDHQ coordinates digital work remotely; it does not identify a branch office in this city. Any onsite needs are agreed before work begins.
