The project inquiry form collects your name, email, business name, selected plan, service interest, and project message. Phone number and current website are optional. We also record when the inquiry was submitted, a submission reference, your agreement to receive a response, the selected language, and available campaign tags.
Please avoid including passwords, financial account information, medical records, or other sensitive information in the project form.
How Inquiry Information Is Used
DataDrivenHQ uses this information to understand your request, assess the services you need, respond, and organize the next steps. The site saves an inquiry record and can send the request to the DDHQ CRM when that connection is configured. Service providers supporting hosting, storage, or the CRM may process the information to support these functions.
Submitting an inquiry is not consent to receive marketing text messages. This form does not initiate a marketing SMS subscription.
Technical Operation
The site uses technical request information for operation and abuse prevention. Inquiry rate limiting uses a derived identifier rather than storing the raw IP address in the inquiry record. Hosting services may process network and diagnostic information separately to operate the site.
The application does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts. Hosting access controls and external services you choose to open may use their own cookies and technical controls. External CRM pages and linked websites are governed by their own applicable notices.
