Agree the Work Before It Begins
We define the pages, deliverables, integrations, required access, approvals, price, and schedule for your project before starting. The inquiry form requests a conversation; submitting it does not purchase a service or start recurring billing.
Our published offers are a $400 complete small business website, $400 per month small business marketing management, and $500 per week large business marketing management. Website hosting and DDHQ CRM access are included at no extra charge while a managed marketing subscription is active. The one time website build does not include an ongoing subscription; hosting and CRM access without a subscription are arranged separately. SMS usage costs extra. Digital Delivery
Services are delivered electronically. The existing published fulfillment policy provides for delivery through email, a customer dashboard, or the agreed project process. Custom service timelines depend on requirements; the published typical window is 5 to 7 business days after requirements are complete. Confirm the applicable timeline in your project agreement.
Subscription and Refund Requests
The published policy allows subscription cancellation through the account dashboard or customer support. It describes immediate cancellation, potential refunds for unused service within the first 14 days, and cancellation of future billing without refunds for the remaining term after that period.
Unused digital products may qualify for a refund request within 30 days. Custom service issues are assessed individually when agreed services cannot be delivered. Problems should be reported promptly; the published policy asks for reports within 48 hours. Send refund requests with proof of purchase to help@datadrivenhq.com.
Currency and Support
