Check the form's actual connection options
WordPress provides an API for interacting with site content, but a form plugin controls its own submission behavior. We check supported connectors, webhooks, or a scoped custom connection. Plugin licenses and administrator access may be required; WordPress alone does not guarantee a ready-made CRM connector.
Test the whole delivery path
Map each field to its destination, choose a duplicate rule, and decide who handles a failed delivery. A success message should reflect what the system actually received. Test an existing contact and an interrupted connection before turning on customer follow up.
What it looks like in practice.
